I remember seeing this in the movie theatres back in 1991 and I was totally hooked on these mutant turtles Donatello (Leif Tilden), Michaelangelo (Michelan Sisti), Leonardo (Mark Caso), Raphael (Kenn Scott), and their Master Splinter (Kevin Clash) a giant talking rat. The turtles have just survived a battle with Shredder (Francois Chau) and the foot clan and are now living in Reporter April O'Neil's (Paige Turco) apartment because their original dwelling was compromised. The only problem is that Shredder has returned and want revenge against the Ninja Turtles and will go to any length to achieve it. Meanwhile, TGRI, a chemical company that produced the ooze that made the ninja turtles what they are is trying to recover any canisters that may be still be out there until Shredder gets his hands on one. Shredder than comes up with a master plan to utilize the ooze to seek his revenge on the turtles by mutating some animals of his own. The movie also stars David Warner (My Best Friend Is A Vampire) as Professor Jordan Perry, Ernie Reyes Jr. (Redline) as Keno, and former WWE superstar and current TNA superstar Kevin Nash as super Shredder. I loved this movie and give it Three And The Half Stars Out Of Five because of the corny Vanilla Ice having a cameo in this movie.
