What We Do Is Secret (2007)

This is a good documentary about probably one of the worst bands I have ever heard. The movie is about a punk group "The Germs" and it documents their rise and fall. I was surprised to learn that both Belinda Carlisle of the Go-Gos and Pat Smear of Nirvana/Foo Fighters fame were members of this band. Shane West plays the part of the highly delusional, drugged up lead singer Darby Crash, Rick Gonzalez (Old School) plays Pat Smear, Lauren German (Hostel II) plays my beloved Belinda, Bijou Phillips (Hostel II) plays Lorna Doom. The movie is a biography of the band and shows their trials and tribulations that they encompass for their whole careers. If it wasn't the music being so crappy i'd probably like this movie a lot.
